Shipping can take from 2-4 weeks as an estimate. We charge a five dollar box fee. We use Fed-Ex exclusively and you only pay exact Fed-Ex charges which will be charged to your credit card on file.  We do insure all of the items shipped thru Fed-Ex.  As we all know, accidents do happen. Should damage occur and a claim needs to be filed, you will need to save all shipping materials such as boxes, wrappings, etc.  Submit your claim via email including detailed pictures of the damaged item as well as the boxes and packaging.  Also, please include your name and telephone number so that we may contact you. Once we file the required paperwork, a claim can take up to 6 months for resolution.

WE DO NOT SHIP LARGE ITEMS SUCH AS ANIMAL MOUNTS, CANNONS, FURNITURE or ANYTHING OVER 50+ lbs. You must contact an outside shipper, of your choosing, like Craters & Freighters, to ship these items.

If you are an international customer, we use an Importer/Exporter to handle all of our shipping needs including antique firearm purchases.

It is your responsibility, as a buyer, to know your states laws. We are not responsible for purchases that are not legal in your state or country.  If you purchase a post 1898 firearm it must go to a licensed FFL dealer. You can have your FFL dealer fax a copy of his FFL to us (928.632.0107) or email us a copy. Please have them reference your name and your bidder card number.  Nothing can be shipped until we receive this information.

Any special request must be made prior to the sale.

As always, should you have any questions, please feel free to give us a call.
